Information we collect
- Account information: your email and any name you provide when creating an account.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; we receive limited transaction data (such as payment confirmation and your card's brand and last digits) from Stripe.
- Usage and device data: we use Google Analytics to understand Site usage, including pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source.
- Communications: if you email us, we retain that correspondence.
How we use it
- To provide and maintain your account and access to the materials.
- To process payments and issue refunds.
- To send transactional emails (purchase, account, and support messages) and, where permitted, occasional product emails you can opt out of at any time.
- To analyze and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us operate the Site — Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Google Analytics (analytics), and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
The Site and our providers are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your data will be processed in the US.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA and UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@claudecertifiedarchitects.com to exercise these and we will respond as required by law.
Data retention
We keep account and transaction data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

We use cookies for authentication and analytics; you can control them via your browser settings.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
